Samarkand M 1582 rost/creme

Samarkand is a hand-knotted rug made of the highest quality hand-spun New Zealand wool. The wool is dyed with natural dyes, which were obtained from walnuts, pistachios and the Kermes beetle. During the final treatment, the carpet is washed in a special tea bath, which gives this carpet a specific patina and shine. Made in the Indian region of Aurai.
