The carpet from our Paris 1688 collection is a high-quality, hand-knotted carpet made of hand-spun New Zealand wool in combination with bamboo silk, on a cotton warp. The carpet has a border design with an ancient Greek motif, thanks to which it fits both modern and classic interiors. This Greek pattern is a timeless geometric ornament, which belongs to the oldest and most unknown motifs in the history of design. The height of the wool pile of the carpet is up to 14 mm, so it is also suitable for rooms with underfloor heating. The Paris 1688 carpet was hand-knotted in a small manufactory located near the Indian city of Khamaria
